1st July 2014 MBS (Schedule fee) update is avaliable


The 1st of July 2014 MBS price update is now available to download in practiX. To download the price updates go to practiX - Administration - System Configuration - Billing Setup - "Price Update - Published File". Select "Schedule" from the drop-down list and click on the "Process" button. (If you require the new item numbers to be added then select 'Add All Available Itemcodes' before processing). At this time DVA, Health Funds, AMA and other organisations are not available. We will advise as these become available.

IMPORTANT - Old Medicare PKI certificate now expired

The Department of Human Service has a certificate that allows secure communication between you and Medicare. This certificate expired on the 9th of March 2014. If you are experiencing claiming issues immediately after the 9th of March then please click here for instructions on how to update the certificate. Please organise for your IT consultant or attempt to perform the tasks yourself before contacting iResponse for assistance.
